OK fyn pls i want to get ur view on dis discussion...u remember dis relationship program organised by NDCF rite?...ok i happened 2 attend it n on dis day d preacher was talking on who shuld make d first move n she said d guy shuld b d 1 n she refered back to d bible n supported her point with d senerio of adam n eve sayin adam made d first move n so d boy haz 2 alwayz make d first move...AGREED! but do u know dat eve responded to adam immediately but nowadayz if u dont chase a girl 4 at least a wk or 2 forget it. so i want to know sh.uld d guy make d move or anyone.coz boiz r nt smiling any more. lol

Like eve was made for Adam, i believe God has a woman uniquely designed for every man and vice versa. Marriage is a union that describes an even more spiritual experience than what we know. “He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the lord”… the bible didn’t say “she who finds a husband” so there is an error when a lady goes man-hunting. we also see that there is a promised blessing of favor when a man finds a wife (not 2 wives or more… A WIFE). Now (1) many MEN keep looking for WOMEN and GIRLS even if they find them, they will be disappointed or betrayed because what they need is a WIFE. .. (2) also, many BOYS (meaning immature, regardless of the age) go WIFE haunting but eventually are not able to maintain the relationships due to many reasons including immaturity… (3) The best advice I can give anyone on relationships from experience is: GOD. God is Love like the bible says. He also is Alpha and Omega. If you ask for His direction, He’ll give you. It’s up to u to follow. He knows who’s best for u even tho He won’t force u to pick His choice. He could be the Alpha of ur relationship and He could sustain it with His Agape love and bring it to a glorious Omega.. The only question is will u let Him direct u?

If she is not meant for u, don’t waste ur time trying so hard to please or keep her. Ask God for direction. Trust me, He’ll answer.

A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4-8 year olds: What does love mean? The answers that they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined.

“When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn’t bend over and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That’s love.” Rebecca – age 8

“When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different. You just know that your name is safe in their mouth.” Billy – age 4

“Love is when a girl puts on perfume and a boy puts on shaving cologne and they go out and smell each other.” Karl – age 5

And the final one — Author and Lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge. The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child. The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman’s yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When his mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, “Nothing, I just helped him cry.”
